How do I start the timer?

Simply select a duration and flip your phone face down on a flat surface. The app uses your device's accelerometer to detect the flip and starts the session automatically.

Does it work in the background?

Yes! The timer continues to run even when the screen is off. For the best experience, keep the phone face down until your session completes.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → FocusDown Pro → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

Can I use it on iPad?

FocusDown is designed for iPhone. While it may run on iPad, the flip-to-focus feature works best with a phone you can place face down on a surface.

How do I add friends?

Go to the Social tab, tap "Add Friend", and enter their username. You can also share your referral code for others to find you.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data from our servers.
